De-Stress & Get Sweaty
Perfect if you've had a wild day, would like to de-stress AND get a workout. We'll start and end with some breathing and relaxation and get sweaty in the middle

Daily Calm: Belly Breathing
When we are stressed, the breath tends to be shallower. Here we will practice belly breathing to deepen the breaths for a calming effect. Great to combine w/ other vids.

Complete Beginner Series Part 1: Basic Poses
This video is a great introduction to yoga for all kinds of beginners. Don't worry if you are not super fit or flexible. I'll start out slow and show you some basic yoga poses.

Get sweaty in this 25 min video where you'll get introduced to full sun salutations and learn new yoga poses that will help you increase muscle strength and flexibility.

We will move through a breath exercise through some gentle stretching and then onto some more intense stretching to increase your flexibility. Relax and unwind!
