Feel like it's time to slow things down? In this yin-style practice we will hold the poses for longer and use stillness to connect with the breath and calm the mind.

After a nice cup of herbal tea, get on your mat with his 20 minute all-level video to relax and unwind. Have one or two blankets nearby and a block (optional).
