Loving Kindness Meditation

This meditation is a personal favorite! Traditionally a buddhist meditation, it has been researched and proven to increase practitioners overall happiness.

Daily Calm - Belly Breaths

This is a short, 6-minute exercise where we will gently work the breath into the belly in order to have a calming effect on the body. It's great for work or at home.

PMS Meditation 

Try this 10 minute meditation to help relieve some of the discomfort you're experiencing, most likely in the lower abdomen and back, and to open up to your own intuition.

Be Still Meditation 

This meditation will help you to observe sensations, both pleasant and less than pleasant, and train yourself to not react, so that you can instead make more conscious decisions.

Difficulty: Medium

Duration: 12 min

Morning Mediation Prep 

We will do some cat / cow to wake up the spine some gentle twists and forward folds, so that you can sit for a little longer while meditating. 

Difficulty: Easy

Duration: 10 min
